What data we process and why

This website has no forms or user accounts. We only process the data you voluntarily give us when contacting us by WhatsApp or email (name, phone number, email and the information you include in your message), for these purposes:

• Answering your enquiries.
• Managing your enrolment in classes.

Legal basis

• Enquiries: your consent when you contact us (GDPR art. 6.1.a).
• Enrolment: taking pre-contractual steps and performing the service you request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

Minors

If the enrolment is for a child under 14, it must be done by their parent or legal guardian, who provides the data and gives consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer it. Enrolled students' data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law.

Recipients and international transfers

We don't share your data with third parties except where legally required. By using WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and Gmail (Google), these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; both companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as an adequate safeguard.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to muntanyabjj@gmail.com. If you believe we haven't properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, https://www.aepd.es).
